Please complete and submit a Resale Certificate for your dealership (Adobe Acrobat Reader or Apple Preview required).

We must have one on file before we can accept and process a dealer/reseller order. Without this certificate on file, you will be charged retail price, and California sales tax if the order delivery address is in California.
